GOOD PEOPLE DOING GOOD THINGS DESERVE TO LIVE A GOOD LIFE
You are tired, not from the work itself, but from doing it in a way that isn't sustainable.
You want to make the world a better place β in your own capacity, whether that is in small, quiet ways or in sweeping, structural ones.
BUT you find yourself working against systems that weren't designed with you or the people you serve in mind.
You find yourself in a culture that sees care work as self-sacrifice
and in a society that values βtraditional forms of successβ like climbing the career ladder above anything else.
And that is SO exhausting in a particular kind of way.
You don't want to give up.
You believe something DIFFERENT is possible.
You want to find a way to take care of others AND take care of yourself at the same time.
You want to create something new. Or you want to stay and βmake things workβ.
Either way, you recognise that the status quo is not ideal, andβ¦
THERE IS A BETTER WAY.
Presence will show you how to create this βbetter wayβ.
Presence is not about changing structural systems that we feel trapped in. Systemic change is real and it matters, but it is not what we focus on here.
What we focus on here is YOU.
Your individual agency.
Your inner world.
Because β‘ creating better worlds begins with your inner world β‘
When we come back to ourselves, when we understand our own inner architecture and begin to work WITH it rather than against it,
we see the light
we find hope
we find the capacity to create change that genuinely matters.
BUILD & CREATE ON YOUR OWN TERMS
This is how any work you do becomes sustainable.
Presence is a distillation of what I have learned across years as a psychotherapist, life coach, and as someone who had to figure all of this out for herself.
I was always a high-achiever in the traditional sense, with my grades, my achievements, my career etc. But it wasn't a masterpiece I had chosen for myself. Leaving that path felt like tearing down a lego structure I had spent my entire life building piece by piece. It was EXCRUCIATING.
But what I found on the other side was this:
When you tear it down, you get to choose ONLY the pieces you actually want.
YOU GET TO CREATE ON YOUR OWN TERMS.
And liberating is an understatement.
It was really hard at the beginning. And along the way, I had to grapple with the self-doubt and fear that came with choosing a path that wasn't already well-paved for me.
I had voices inside that said:
Who am I to do this?
What if I fail?
What if I can't?
Those years of sitting with the uncertainty, the discomfort, the not-knowing, and moving through it anyway, is precisely what Presence is built from.
Many people said I was βbraveβ to take the leap of faith.
I DIDNβT.
What I did was years of mucking around figuring out my way, BEFORE being able to steadily build the inner architecture that made making this change feel easeful, and most importantly, safe in my body.
In our 4 months together, and through 4 chapters in Presence, I guide you through what took me years to figure out and build.
Presence is NOT a crash course. It is a FOUNDATION.
The work we do here is not about surface level changes and action.
It is a deep rewiring of internal architecture, building a way of Being that makes your world-building work not just possible, but sustainable.
Hmm, actually not even just sustainable, but THRIVING.
the 3 pillars of Presence that hold the work together
-
01 \ INDIVIDUAL PROCESSING (WORKBOOK)
4 COMPREHENSIVE WORKBOOKS
A space for self-study, psychotherapeutic and coaching theory, somatic practices, introspection guides, and experiential and metacognitive reflections that you move through at your own pace and in your own time.
The workbooks are designed to be returned to beyond our four months together: To track your own progress, workshop particular areas, and to find your way forward.
-
02 \ RELATIONAL PROCESSING (COACHING CALLS)
8 Γ 1:1 COACHING CALLS
These calls are intentionally structured and guided for deep processing and rewiring. Relational processing is how what lives in your mind begins to take shape in the world. As much as looking inward is important, the work that makes things possible and EXIST in the actual world requires us to articulate, express, and communicate what we are thinking, how we are feeling, and what we are working through.
And that begins in a safe space: the space between you and me.
When you speak something out loud, and when it is witnessed, heard, and reflected back, it becomes real in a different way. I bring both my coaching and my psychotherapeutic training to this space, so that you feel fully safe, fully seen, and guided with care throughout. -
03 \ INTEGRATION + EXPERIMENTATION
Between each coaching call, and particularly while you are diving into the workbook, there is SPACIOUSNESS.
This S P A C E is time for your integration, for questions to emerge, for doing the homework, and for experimenting in real life with what you are discovering.
The S P A C E between sessions is not a pause from the work but a deepening.
It is the playground where you experiment.
And it is where the work lands in your real life.

A B O U T
So much of what we want to create lives only in our minds β softly, privately, sometimes and oftentimes buried under a strong inner critic, or under the belief that it is not possible. Maybe thereβs also a subtle embarrassment of saying something out loud because it feels too βbeyond usβ.
Many things conspire to keep our visions unspoken.
In Chapter 1, we make the vision exist. We get your vision out of your head and into the space between us.
Named and real,
even if vague or imperfect. We hold it lightly, knowing it will change. But we put the current version of it into the world. This is more powerful than it sounds. The act of articulating your vision out loud, making it exist in a small and safe way...
THIS is where everything begins.

Coaching call 1 + Foundations:

Naming any blocks or resistances that arise, without needing to dismantle them yet
Orienting you to the workbook and the inner work ahead
Making your vision exist in a small, safe, embodied way, just enough to feel real
Workbook 1: Vision
100+ reflective questions across all areas of your life for you to review. This gives both of us a clear picture of where you are and where your attention is most needed
Guiding questions to clarify and deepen your vision
A template to track your vision and name your blocks
Somatic exercises to practise in between your days
A guide on how to simplify your vision into steps small enough to feel genuinely safe in your body

A B O U T
This is the heart of the container. If I had to name the most important chapter in Presence, it would be this one.
The difference between those who just βhave a dreamβ and those who βLIVE their dreamsβ is this:
How they respond when discomfort arises.
Our bodies crave familiarity and comfort. When we notice discomfort, our instinct is to either shut down or flee. We avoid it, distract ourselves from it, or push through it without really meeting it. But the real change β the path toward the vision you want to create β only becomes available when we can learn to hold the necessary discomfort.
Not push past it.
HOLD IT.I want to spend an entire month here, intentionally, with you, because I genuinely believe it will change your life. All the answers are right here, in this murky, uncomfortable space that most of us desperately want to get rid of.
Discomfort is not the obstacle.
It is THE opportunity. What we are most uncomfortable with is often exactly what we need to move through. It is a signal that something important is alive inside you, waiting to be understood.
Discomfort is almost always an indication of an inner conflict that needs our attention. But what makes it extra tricky is this: we usually don't even realise there is a conflict, because we are already βsidingβ with one part of it. That is where we get stuck.
Think of it like being the adult in the room when two children are arguing. If the adult sides with one of the children, the conflict escalates. But if the adult can HOLD both children with steadiness and curiosity of whatβs going on, genuinely trying to understand what each of them needs, the conflict may find a resolution. Being this adult is the quality of presence we are building here - with ourSelves.
We carry many parts within us β competing voices, different needs, layers of experiences. When we become absorbed into one of these parts, we lose perspective. What Presence offers is the capacity to HOLD all of it β to notice, to observe, to listen, to understand β without merging with any one part of it.
You are not removing yourself from what you feel.
You are learning to HOLD the different, sometimes conflicting, parts of you with grace.By practising this holding, you are building the muscles and capacity to hold necessary discomfort, and the more this becomes instinctive, you will find yourself unstuck in ways you didn't expect.

A B O U T
Now that you have learnt to hold your inner conflicts with presence, a question naturally arises:
So what?
How does this capacity translate into movement?
What bridges the gap between seeing the conflict and actually taking the next step? That bridge is self-trust.
In Chapter 3, we go deeper into the parts of you that are hesitating or pulling you away from your vision, not to argue with them or push past them, but to genuinely understand them.
What are they protecting you from?
What do they need from you in order to feel safe enough to let you move forward? When we hear them fully, they often tell us the next steps.
Self-trust is also built through evidence. A phrase I come back to often:
βI did it, and I didn't die.β
So much of what holds us back is a part of us that believes the consequences of stepping forward will be dire. But when we begin to understand that belief more fully, and when we can start to see uncertainty as possibility rather than threat, it becomes less frightening.
Safety in the body remains our priority. We do not rush past discomfort, but we also do not use it as a reason to stay still.
Self-trust is something of a chicken-and-egg situation:
You need some self-trust to take the first step, but taking the first step is also what builds self-trust, and the more steps we take, the more self-trust gets strengthened.
We get this cycle in motion together.

A B O U T
You are here because you believe in relationships. You want to make the world a better place, and you think often about what you can give β to your loved ones, to the communities you serve, to the people around you.
And here is what often happens to people like us:
Because we derive so much joy, value, and meaning from giving, we pour and pour without stopping to ask what we are receiving. We forget that every relationship is bidirectional. And then one day, we burn out or start to feel resentful. And we lose the very thing that made the work meaningful.
To sustain the vision, and to THRIVE in the vision, so that you can keep doing what you love for the long haul, we need to understand relationships differently.
We need to see relationships not just as a gift that we pour into the world, but also as a RESOURCE that holds us, supports us, and sustains us.
In Chapter 4, we bring relationships into view through concentric circles. We begin with the ones closest to you (your partner, your family, your dear friends etc.).
What are you pouring into these relationships?
How do these relationships support the work you are doing?
How might they be hindering it?
What attachment patterns have you developed over time, and how do those patterns shape the way you give and receive? This is where we begin to cultivate healthier, more secure ways of being in relationship: first with yourself, then with your close loved ones.
From there, we extend outward to the communities you are part of and that you serve.
What are you offering them?
And what are you receiving in return?Hereβs where we really pause, because I can already hear some common responses like βwe are giving without expecting anything in returnβ, and that getting something out of it is awkward and selfish. The truth is even in service-oriented relationships, there is something coming back to you. We need to be honest about this, because this is also what makes your giving sustainable.
When we can see and harness the reciprocity in our relationships, they stop being a drain on our vision and start becoming one of its greatest supports.

Hello, Iβm Jasmine β‘
AND like you, Iβve always known that I live for something greater than myself.
That was why I became a secondary school teacher, then worked on education policies and curriculum at the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Contributing to a cause that is so close to my heart gives my life meaning.
What subsequently brought me to become a psychotherapist and coach is the realisation that there are so many people like us - who desire to make the world a better place, but end up sacrificing our own well-being and our relationships with loved ones... and of course, then ending up not being able to do the lifeβs work we set out to do.
I BELIEVE IN A BETTER WAY.
I HAVE TRIED, TESTED, AND REFINED THE WAY,
AND I WANT TO SHARE IT WITH YOU.
The way I provide therapy and coaching is a culmination of my lived experiences and years of studies in linguistics, language and cultural diversity, education, psychotherapy and counselling (including advanced training in focusing-oriented therapy, somatics, and attachment theory) and life coaching.
My starting point is always that there is nothing βwrongβ with you. Something within you longs to be heard, understood, and explored - and when we do that together, we access the deep wisdom within you that will show you the best way forward, so that you can live a more meaningful and satisfying life. You will realise that the answers have always been within you - you just needed the right process and guidance to arrive at them.
I believe that what changes the world is for more of us to step into our
RAW, TEXTURED, IMPERFECT HUMANNESS
Youβll be surprised - itβs easier said than done, requiring our vulnerability and sometimes contacting the parts of us we never even knew existed, because they have been hidden away in caves and crevices.
My promise to you is that I will always be holding the candle - even when it seems dark and the way out isnβt certain, I will always be holding the light, and you will never be alone.
I CANNOT WAIT TO CREATE BETTER WORLDS WITH YOU β‘
All my love,
Jasmine
