How do I know if therapy is for me?

Here’s your sign for us to work together:

(1) You feel that something is β€˜missing’ or β€˜wrong’ in your life/relationships/work but you can’t put a finger to it.

(2) You know there’s an issue and you’ve tried resolving in your own ways but it doesn’t seem to work.

(3) You want to learn to be a better person, have better relationships, so that you can have a fulfilling life and support those around you or those whom you serve and work with.

How therapy works & what to expect

  • 01 - Book a FREE consultation

    Your well-being is my priority. I want to make sure that we are a right fit for each other before we start therapy.

    The FREE consultation is an opportunity for you to share about your circumstances and ask any questions you may have.

    I will share my views on whether therapy with me is suitable - otherwise, I may refer you to other practitioners/services/resources.

    There is absolutely no pressure and no obligations for us to work together after the call. I will leave the decision completely to you :)

  • 02 - Therapy sessions

    I work exclusively ONLINE and see clients globally (except US and Canada).

    My fee per hour is SGD $150 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

    Depending on your unique circumstances, I would provide a recommended frequency of sessions (weekly/fortnightly is common for a start), but I will always leave it up to you to decide, based on your schedule, preferences, and budget.
