This is a 3-hour programme specifically designed for teachers & helping professionals in Singapore to:

  1. Experience a reset through psychology-informed gentle yoga/movement

  2. Explore your work identity, find work-life balance, and learn sustainable well-being practices through guided reflections and psychotherapy-informed professional guidance

You’ll be held in a safe and confidential space by Tien (yoga teacher, psychologist @yoganicwithtien) and I (psychotherapist, coach). Both of us have experiences as teachers in mainstream and SPED schools in Singapore.

You’ll receive a comprehensive reflection guide book, which also includes a section on micro-practices for sustainable mental well-being. Yoga mats and props will be provided - you’ll just need to bring a pen and an open mind and heart!
